The third phase of Project Dambulla got underway on the 7^th of November 2015. The ten day Catch- Neuter-Vaccinate-Release clinic is being carried out by Embark together with TAPA Sri Lanka, Foundation Brigitte Bardot and the Dambulla Municipal Council.
