Embark featured in Daily Mirror

With the onset of the 10-day lockdown in the Western Province and with many parts still under quarantine curfew, Embark initiated a feeding program for many of the hungry street dogs and even cats!

To date, the initiative has been successful in feeding over 100 dogs daily in the areas of Fort, Maradana and Borella who have lost their daily source of food and water as a result of the lockdown. Its success recently caught the eye of the Daily Mirror which featured Embark in an editorial story. Click here to see more; http://www.dailymirror.lk/caption_story/Feeding-street-dogs/110-199974

Embark’s feeding program is funded by donations from kind and compassionate people and continues to feed hungry tummies in the areas that are still under lockdown. If you’d like to be part of this barkworthy initiative visit www.otarafoundation.com/donate-now
