Sparky, was rescued from Attidiya with a suspected spinal cord injury. Upon examination he was diagnosed as having a severe urinary tract infection which also caused difficulty in walking and standing. Thankfully his spinal cord and hind legs were intact. Weeks later his UTI subsided but he still couldn’t walk properly due to arthritis.

He needed to be on pain medication daily and finding a home for him was a difficult task. Thankfully Ahamed his rescuer and sponsor came forward to find a home for him and he did! Sparky went back last week to his new home with Bernard and his family were there to welcome him and promised to care for him for the rest of his life.
